1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Editra, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
Editra is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using Editra, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. App Functions
Editra supports local file opening, recent media access, local image and video browsing, search, file type filters, image preview, filters, brightness, contrast, saturation, crop, text, drawing, reset, rotate, save-copy actions, calendar planning, and local notes. These functions are provided to help users manage and edit personal media and creative tasks on their phones.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos, videos, notes, schedules, edits, exports, and saved copies you create, view, store, or manage in Editra. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use any content you process with the app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Editra for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with app integrity, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Local-First Operation
Editra is designed so that photos, videos, file names, thumbnails, notes, schedules, edits, adjustment values, and saved copies remain on the phone. You are responsible for backing up any content you want to preserve.
7. Intellectual Property
Editra, including its product name, interface concepts, design, software, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. This agreement does not transfer ownership of Editra to you.
8. Third-Party Services
Downloads and purchases may be handled through Google Play. Google Play may apply its own terms, payment rules, refund processes, and policies.
9. Disclaimers
Editra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free editing, compatibility with every media file, or preservation of all local content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Editra and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of local files, edits, notes, schedules, or creative output.
11. Changes
We may update this User Agreement when app features, legal requirements, or store requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
